Bio

Head Professional
Teaching Experience - 28 years

Richard grew up in the Lakeview area. He joined  Earl Grey as a Guest Junior in 1981.That same season Richard started working in the club storage area for now retired Head Professional, Andy Black. Richard has had several tournament wins at the junior, amateur, and college levels. While attending college in Arizona he was named to the 1987 NJCAA second All-American Team. He maintained his membership with Earl Grey until turning Professional in the spring of 1989. Richard has since realized success as a Professional with not only several tournament wins but also by gaining considerable knowledge as an instructor in the game of golf. He has also developed a passion for the business of golf within a private Club environment. Richard has been with Earl Grey for the past 28 years as a Golf Professional. He is now entering his fourteenth year as Head Professional, "I have been very fortunate to have been a part of Earl Grey for so many years. The members of the Club are like family to me. I look forward to continuing to share my enthusiasm for the game of Golf with the members, their families and guests."

  • Oversee / support the daily operations, services and programs of the; Pro-shop, Back-shop, Starters, Golf course, Club tournaments, Corporate tournaments, Charity tournaments, Special events and leagues
