I must be 18 years or older to apply, and only one (1) application per household will be eligible for the Queue Lottery.
If my lottery application is selected, it is not transferrable.

I understand and agree that this application enables me only to have my name entered into the 2026 Queue Lottery (the “Queue Lottery”) for the Queue (the waitlist to the Social Waitlist) of the Earl Grey Golf Club (the “Club”). The ordering of the Queue will be determined by the random lottery to be drawn on Monday, May 4, 2026.

If selected and invited to join the Queue, the $4,200.00 deposit ($4,000.00 + $200.00 GST) (the “Deposit”) that is required is non-refundable. The Club expressly reserves the right to remove me from the Queue in its sole discretion, and if such removal occurs due to no fault of my own, the Club agrees that it will refund the Deposit to me within two (2) business days of such removal.

If selected, I understand that: (i) this Waiting List Queue Application only permits me to have my name in the Queue and until such time as the Club has accepted a completed Application for Membership (the “Membership Application”) from me being in the Queue does not confer upon me any Club membership rights or privileges, including any right or privilege to use the Club or any of its Facilities except those set forth in the Regulations or approved by the Board of Directors; and (ii) my submitted Membership Application will have to comply with all Club rules and requirements and may be rejected, without right of appeal or refund of my Deposit, if there is a failure to comply with such rules and requirements. I further understand that: (iii) the Board of Directors may, in their sole discretion, change the current Initiation Fee and/or Transfer Fee and I will be responsible for the payment of the then current Initiation Fee and Transfer Fee when same become due and payable; and (iv) the length of time spent in the Queue is dependent upon a number of factors and as such cannot be predicted or determined at any given time.

If selected and upon movement as per the Queue invitation, if I elect not to complete the Membership Application form or fail to do so within the time specified by the Club, my Membership Application may be removed from the Queue. I agree to pay the then current non-refundable deposit fee established by the Board. If I elect not to complete my Membership Application the second time and fail to pay such fee or elect not to complete my Membership Application or fail to do so within the time specified by the Club, my Membership Application will be permanently removed from the Queue and all amounts previously paid shall be non-refundable. The Club will send correspondence to the address provided on this application. It is solely my responsibility to advise the Club of any change of address or other contact information. If any correspondence is returned undelivered, the Club will discontinue forwarding correspondence to me.

If the Club accepts a Membership Application from me, the $4,200.00 deposit will be applied towards the Initiation Fee.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Queue Lottery Application and I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Queue Application.
